Metered parking surrounds Parklab Gardens, but we also recommend biking and public transportation to get to us. Take muni line T to the Mission Bay stop or take muni line N or Caltrain to 4th and King and we’re a short 10-minute walk from there.

All animals welcome, service animals only on Stage Coach Greens.

No outside food drinks or alcohol are allowed. Water bottles, cakes, and cupcakes are permitted- please bring your own utensils.

Reservations are not required as we have open seating for dining, however, we recommend booking an event space for groups over 10 people.
*Please note: tee time reservations are required for mini-golf!

Tee Times for mini golf can be made through Stagecoach Greens. Click here to book your tee time. Please note, event spaces do not include mini golf.

Reservations for cabanas and bungalows can be made here. Please note your reservation space at Parklab Gardens does NOT include mini-golf, as we are a separate business.

Parklab Gardens in an outdoor establishment so in accordance of city guidelines proof of vaccination is not required.

How it Works:
- Simply add the Reservation Safe-Guard Add-On during the booking process.
- If you opt out of the safeguard add-on during booking, you have 3 days before your reservation date to purchase the add-on. Contact our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com.
- Reservation safeguard can be purchased 1-2 days before or on the day of the event for a fee of $30. Contact our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com
- In case you need to cancel your reservation, contact our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com and provide details.
PARKLAB GARDENS Terms and Conditions:
- The Reservation Safe-Guard Add-On can be purchased at the time of booking.
- If you opt out of the safeguard add-on upon booking, you have until 3 days before your reservation date to purchase the add-on. Contact our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com.
- If you purchase 1-2 days before or on the day of the event, you will be able to purchase the add-on for a flat fee of $30. Contact our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com.
- Cancellations must be communicated to our guest experience team play@parklabgardens.com.
- Refunds or credits will be processed based on the cancellation timeline mentioned above.
- Please note that the Reservation Safe-Guard Add-On and processing fee are non-refundable.

Fee for PARKLAB GARDENS spaces:
- $10 for Cabanas per rental
- $30 for Bungalows per rental
- $50 for Lawn, Enclave and Campground per rental
- For any last-minute purchases for the Safe-Guard Add-On purchased between 1-2 days before the event, customers will have to pay a $30.00 flat per rental
